DeleteYes, but we are subbing the episodes ourselves, and it takes a long time to sub a episodes. I've just added episode 2.
You should actively be looking for more translators because Kochikame is over 370 episodes in length. Otherwise, you run the risk of not getting all the way to the end.

The first part (episodes 1-128) was released on VHS (found old forum post on japanese dated 2007), tapes part numbers from BES-3103 to BES-3181.
